Job Purpose

Part of the job’s purpose is to support the whole company in planning, developing and implementing our own content strategies, and for our clients, This will mainly be across social media, and blogs. Aside from that, you will be writing advertising copy and optimizing them.

As you’ll be hired as an expert, your ideas will be a key part of the decision making process as we greatly value an experts’ opinion and we trust you to implement your ideas autonomously.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Ghost writing: both for Rock Mission and our clients
  • Advertising copywriting: At Rock Mission, we are passionate about acquisition via advertising and we’ll need your excellent writing skills to make them catchy
  • Email marketing copywriting: Email marketing is one of our favourite channels, it’s so effective you wouldn’t believe it.
  • Blog posts: both for Rock Mission and clients
  • Social media posts (and scheduled posts)

Requirements

  • Experience in create catchy, converting copy
  • High interest in Growth Hacking is preferred
  • Social media savvy is preferred
  • English mother tongue
  • Super grammar to the point an aristocrat would feel ashamed to speak with you
  • Must have a creative mind, we love creative people and listening to ideas!

Job Purpose

Part of the job purpose is to support the whole company engage existing clients and to open new business opportunities with them (no new business, no cold calling). You will be the first point of contact for clients and you need to work close to the rest of the company to achieve our clients’ and company’s goal. We really go above and beyond for our clients and you need to understand this mindset. We also value speed over accuracy, as it allows us to test more in a shorter time: the 80:20 rule is fundamental for us.

Your ability to forge deep interpersonal relationships with our clients is very important to us. You also need to be able to communicate with the rest of the team effectively, so that everything that needs to be done gets done well, on time and at the client’s satisfaction.

You will also be the key part of the decision making process, we hire experts to tell us what to do and not the other way round.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings
  • Arrange meetings with clients and travel to them
  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
  • Talk to other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests
  • Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work on straight deadlines
  • Experience on client’s reporting
  • English speaker
  • Excellent communicator
  • High level of personal integrity and confidentiality

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics</li
